Annual Pest Management has been providing reliable professional pest control services to the residents of Brisbane, Logan, Redland City, Ipswich, Redcliffe, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas in Queensland's South East since 1968.
Annual Pest Management is a family owned and operated business by Ben McGrath. Ben is a qualified pest controller, who is fully licensed and carries full insurance.

BEN MCGRATH
Ben decided to take over the family business, formerly known as Annual Pest Control, in 2017 after a career in the mining sector. Ben grew up watching his Father and Uncles operate the family business, and knew one day he wanted to be a part of the legacy. He became an accredited Pest Technician and took over after his Uncle's retirement, and hasn't looked back.
Getting to know clients that have been serviced by the business for over 40 years has been very rewarding. Maintaining these special relationships, as well as taking on new customers and providing exceptional service is Ben's passion.
