Annual Pest Management has been providing reliable professional pest control services to the residents of Brisbane, Logan, Redland City, Ipswich, Redcliffe, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas in Queensland's South East since 1968. Annual Pest Management is a family owned and operated business by Ben McGrath. Ben is a qualified pest controller, who is fully licensed and carries full insurance.

In addition to Ben, Mark Beitz, prominent businessman and born and raised Bayside local, has invested into Annual Pest Management. This partnership allows the business to continue as a family-owned business.
