Ben McGrath is the owner of Annual Pest Management, a proud family-owned business since 1966.

Ben regards Annual Pest Management very highly. He has always had a distinct passion in the pest industry, with a keen interest in procedures, and the health and safety of his team, customers, and the general public.

When Ben is not practising Pestology, he enjoys going to the beach with his family.

Nicole Regester has been working for Annual Pest Management for the past 2 years in the role of administration manager.

She comes from a background in the customer service industry and has developed a passion for good customer service.

Nicole is a local of the Wynnum area and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Sienna graduated from Highschool in 2022, not long after she moved to the bayside area and was accepted into annual pest management as an administration assistant. With a great experience of customer service, Sienna ensures her customer interactions are polite, helpful and prompt. In the future, Sienna plans to combine her university studies with work.

Sienna is an outgoing and friendly person who seeks to learn more about the pest industry. Outside of the office, Sienna enjoys the beach, music, and spending time with her friends and family.

John McGrath has made a living as a Pestologist for some time, inspired by his Father, Ron, who was one of the original founders of Annual Pest Management.

John is very proud to service the local community as a family-owned business and has many years of experience with all different kinds of pest problems.

Justin Veide has been in the pest control industry for over 18 years.

Starting off in South Australia where he completed his training, he has also worked in the Northern Territory for 10 years, before moving to Queensland to settle with his family. Working across the country, Justin has extensive knowledge of pests around Australia.

Although Justin has always enjoyed working in pest control, he has found his true calling at Annual Pest Management.

Bradley Pass loves every aspect of the pest management and has been working in the industry for over 7 years.

Bradley spends his spare time in nature, which he has heralded his second passion. Being conscientious about the environment, Bradley puts the safety of your family, pets and loved ones at the forefront of his service.

Annual Pest Management has fostered Bradley’s growth as an experienced Pestologist.

After 15 years in the construction industry, Jason Duncombe discovered his passion for pest services.

Looking to change career paths, he contacted Annual Pest Management and was happy to come onboard.

Jason is now a fully qualified Technician, with a love for customer service. It makes his day when he sees a smile on a customer’s face.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing golf and spending time with his two sons.

After 18 years as a landscaper/machine operator, Russell (RJ) decided it was time for a change and has hit the ground running with Annual Pest Management, as our newest Pest Technician.

RJ is a fun-loving, people-person who really enjoys the customer service side of the role equally as much as ensuring your pest management needs are met.

Outside of work, RJ enjoys spending time with his family, going camping and catching up with friends.
